2.Avocado

Using an avocado-based facial mask is a wonderful way to nourish skin, as the fruit contains healthy fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals that replenish the hair with valuable nutrients.

According to research published in Drug Delivery, avocados are high in oleic acid (also called omega-9 fatty acids), which helps balance moisture levels in the skin by increasing its permeability.

Blend the fruit or mix it with sugar or honey for a nourishing scrub that can be massaged into the face, neck and décolletage for beautiful results!

3.Shea Butter

Made from the African shea tree plant, Shea butter is a great option for naturally softening and moisturizing skin.

Known to help with windburn and eczema, it also contains vitamins A & E and essential fatty acids.

4.Aloe Vera
